SONARWA Life Assurance Ltd has joined Women in Finance Rwanda (WIFR), pledging to promote gender equality through leadership development and inclusive workplace practices. At a signing ceremony in Kigali, the insurer committed to advancing female representation across its operations.
The event also recognized three rising professionals who received CISI scholarships through WIFR’s talent pipeline program.
Key attendees included SONARWA Life Acting CEO Isaïe Muhoza, Old Mutual Rwanda CEO Annie Nibishaka, and other industry leaders.
