President Paul Kagame on Tuesday hosted Saudi Arabia’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji, for talks aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting, held at Urugwiro Village, focused on deepening diplomatic ties and exploring areas of mutual interest, according to a statement from the Office of the President.
Rwanda and Saudi Arabia have maintained growing engagement through diplomatic consultations and participation in multilateral forums. Both countries are seeking to enhance collaboration in key sectors including investment and development.
The talks reflect ongoing efforts by Kigali and Riyadh to build on existing relations and broaden cooperation between Rwanda and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
