Brief overview

COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.

COPEDU PLC wishes to develop its plot UPI: 1/03/06/01/504, located in Kicukiro District, Kigali City by constructing a commercial building that fulfills the requirements of the Kigali City master plan.

Phase one of the above project is the construction of a retaining wall in the same plot.

For ensuring the permanent clean less maintenance of its plot, COPEDU PLC wishes to invite all construction companies wishing to submit their bids for the aforementioned offer.

The detailed tender document can be obtained every working day during working hours at COPEDU PLC Headquarters located in KICUKIRO, on the KICUKIRO – RWANDEX main road, after the presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand Rwandan francs (20 000 RWF) deposited on the account

no 1008020086180 opened in COPEDU PLC.

In order to be able to make properly the offers, all bidding companies will visit the site on Wednesday, January 06th, 2021 at 10h00 a.m o'clock

Well printed offer, correctly bound and presented in four copies (one of them must be original) must reach the Central Secretariat of COPEDU PLC, not later than Thursday, January 7th, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Late offers will be rejected.

The out envelope must clearly indicate the tender title and the number of invitations to tender.

Bids will be opened the next day Friday, January 8th,2021 at 8:00 a.m in the COPEDU PLC's meeting room and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives.

Tender for providing lunch to its staff, secured by a bid security of 200,000Frw issued by a Commercial Bank/ Insurance Company.

All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs to the account umber 130-1000004-37 opened in COGEBANQUE on behalf of PRIME INSURANCE LTD.
